NIU men’s tennis (7-2) duo of senior Federico Scotuzzi and sophomore Lorenzo Leti Messina were named Mid-American Conference Men’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week Monday after an undefeated weekend road trip in Wisconsin.The Italian duo went up 5-3 versus junior Matthew Fullerton and sophomore Patrik Meszaros before the match was abandoned during Saturday’s 7-0 loss to the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
